Do you cater for my dietary needs?Absolutely! I can accommodate all dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and other specific allergies or preferences. Just let me know your needs when booking, and I’ll tailor the menu to ensure everyone enjoys a delicious meal.

How far do you travel?I provide my services across mainland UK and can also travel overseas upon request. Travel within a 2-hour radius is included in the booking. For locations beyond this, a travel fee of £1 per mile applies. If you're planning an event further afield, feel free to get in touch, and we can discuss the best options to accommodate your needs.

How many people can you cater for?I’ve had the pleasure of catering for a wide range of events, from intimate meals for two to large functions for up to 600 guests. No group is too big or too small—I’m flexible and happy to accommodate events of any size. Just let me know your guest count, and I’ll ensure the perfect menu for your occasion.

How does payment work?A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event date. This helps ensure everything is in place for a smooth and successful event. An invoice with all the payment details will be sent to you for convenience.

How many options can I have?The full menu is available for you to choose from, and everyone can select their own meal. There’s no need for everyone to have the same dish—guests can choose whatever appeals to them. Once you decide to proceed, I’ll send you an online pre-order form that you can share with your guests, allowing them to make their selections. This way, everyone can enjoy their preferred dishes from the full range of options.

How do I order the food?Once you’ve confirmed your booking, I’ll send you an online pre-order form. You can then forward this to your guests, allowing them to choose their preferred dishes from the menu. This ensures everyone gets exactly what they want and helps streamline the planning process.

Do you wash up after dinner?Yes, all cleaning is taken care of before I leave. Many of my clients have commented that the kitchen is left even cleaner than when I arrived. I make sure everything is tidied up, so you can relax and enjoy the event without worrying about the clean-up.

What’s included in your service?I provide a full dining experience, from menu planning and ingredient sourcing to preparing, cooking, and serving your meal. I’ll also handle all the cleanup after the meal, leaving your kitchen spotless. If needed, I can offer additional services such as canapés, ready meals to enjoy after the event, cooking demonstrations, celebrations cakes and Hangover Breakfasts.

Can I make changes to the menu after booking?Yes, you can make changes to the menu up to 7 days before your event. I understand that plans can evolve, and I’m happy to accommodate any adjustments. Just let me know, and I’ll make the necessary updates.

How do I cancel or reschedule my booking?If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please let me know as soon as possible. Please note that the 50% deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation time. For cancellations or changes within 14 days of the event, the full payment is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, I’ll do my best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability.

What happens if there’s a problem on the day of the event?I always strive to ensure everything runs smoothly, but if any issues arise, I’m here to resolve them quickly and efficiently. If something unexpected happens, please don’t hesitate to let me know—I’ll do everything I can to ensure your event is a success.

Do you have insurance?Yes, I have full public liability insurance to ensure peace of mind for all clients. Your safety and satisfaction are my top priority, and I’m fully covered for any unforeseen circumstances.

How far in advance should I book?I recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for popular dates or larger events. However, I can accommodate last-minute bookings depending on my schedule, so feel free to get in touch even if you're planning something on short notice.
