We recently had the pleasure of helping Alex celebrate Donna's Birthday dinner at picturesque Steppes house in Devon.
We arrived at just before 18:00 to begin our preparations for a 20:00 service.
While the guests enjoyed cocktails, we settled into the kitchen and got to work on a our relaxed menu
Come 20:00 it was time to take their seats at the dining table.
Donna's Birthday dinner
To Start
Braised beef bon bon served with sriracha mayo and a root vegetable crisp.
The Main Event
Trio of pulled pork sliders - apple compote, red cabbage slaw and BBQ sauce with cheese served with skinny fries.
To Finish
Banana & biscoff pie served with a chocolate ganache.
We wish Donna a MASSIVE happy birthday! & we hope to see all the again some time soon!
