We recently had the pleasure of helping Ralph give the wonderful Karen a birthday to remember at the gorgeous Kempston Manor in Litcham, Norfolk.
We arrived at just before 16:00 to begin our preparations for a 18:00 service.
While the guests finished up in the pool and got ready for the evening ahead, we prepared a canapés to be served in the garden.
Canapés included
Coriander naan balls
Pear & pork sausage rolls
Lobster fish cakes & tartare sauce
Garlic stuffed mushrooms
Come 20:00 it was time to take their seats at the dining table.
To Start
Mozzarella wrapped in parma ham served with fresh cherry tomatoes and homemade pesto
The Main Event
Fillet of Beef, Horseradish and Parsley Mash, Spiced Shallots, Green Bean Parcel, Peppercorn Sauce
To Finish
Black cherry & Amaretto Pavolova served with Cream Chantilly
And finally it wouldn’t be a birthday without cake!
All our cakes are produced by In Your Face Cakes. Which just so happens to be my wife’s company, so I can recommend them with the greatest confidence in the world to our clients. They are always amazing!
