We recently had the pleasure of helping Mandy host a get together with friends in near Bodmin in Cornwall.
While the the guests enjoyed drink, music & a warming fire in the garden, we got to work on preparing dishes from our Relax Menu
Come 20:30 it was time to take their seats at the dining table.

To Start
Braised Beef Bon Bon served with Sriracha Mayo and a Root Vegetable Crisp
The Main Event
Trio of Pulled Pork Sliders - Apple Compote, Red Cabbage Slaw and BBQ Sauce with Cheese served with Skinny Fries
To Finish
Banana & Biscoff Pie served with a Chocolate Ganache
