We recently had the pleasure of helping Sally celebrate her 30th anniversary at her beautiful farm house near Driffield, North Yorkshire.
We arrived at just before 17:00 to begin our preparations for a 19:00 service.
Sally booked through from a referral from an old work colleague of hers who I have had the pleasure of knowing for many years.
While the guests headed back to the lounge for for pre dinner drinks, we settled into the kitchen and got to work on a bespoke menu
Come 19:00 it was time to take their seats at the dining table.

Roasted field mushroom with black pudding, onions and a poached egg.

8 hour feather blade of beef, braised potatoes, baby vegetables
To Finish
Sticky Toffee Pudding - James' Signature Dessert served with clotted cream
