We recently had the pleasure of helping Jackie plan a surprise birthday for a dear friend.
We arrived at just before 17:00 to begin our preparations for a 19:30 service.
While the the guests had a sing song & a drink in the garden, we got to work on preparing a bespoke 3 course menu. I must admit we provided a backing chorus in the kitchen too!
Come 19:30 it was time to take their seats at the dining table.
